Tyler Carr is about to go off the recruiting board.
The four-star offensive line prospect from Southside-Gadsden will be announcing his college commitment Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at his school.
Georgia was considered in the mix for a long time, but the 6-foot-5, 311-pounder said he will pick either Auburn or Alabama.
“I still don’t know which one I’ll commit to,” Carr told AL.com.
“I’m kind of ready to have everything over with and be able to focus on my high school team. It’s been a little stressful, so I’m ready to get it over with.”
In a recent AL.com poll, 57.3 percent of readers predicted Carr will commit to the Tigers, while 38.28 percent had him pledging to the Tide. He is ranked as the nation’s No. 10 offensive guard prospect in the 247Sports Composite.
