2013 BCS National Championship Clinton-Dix Interception

By Ample Alfred Pachyderm on January 10, 2013 in Football, Video

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish came out swinging in the 3rd quarter since they were down 28-0 in the BCS National Championship. They were moving the ball down the field and pressing into Alabama territory to get into position to score. Then a tipped ball and an acrobatic leap and catch for an interception by Alabama Safety Ha’Sean Clinton-Dix ended any hopes of a comeback for the Irish.

Crimson Quotations

“Honestly, not really, because we have a system in place and that's how the system turned out. I think if it was the other way, we'd have a tough time having an argument.”
by Barrett Jones - When asked whether he understood the argument that some in college football were making that Oklahoma State should have played in the National Championship against LSU instead of Alabama.
