COLLEGE STATION – It’s (finally) official: Texas A&M is the next member of the Southeastern Conference. The SEC presidents and chancellors announced Sunday afternoon that A&M will join the SEC on July 1, 2012. “The Southeastern Conference provides Texas A&M the national visibility that our great university and our student-athletes deserve,” A&M president R.
