A featured attraction in Alabama football practices is the daily battle between star center Barrett Jones and nose guard Jesse Williams. If only members of the news media could observe those periods. Last season, Jones won the Outland Trophy as a left tackle. Williams was a defensive end, so the two players battled head-to-head then, too.
