The possibility that Texas, Oklahoma, Texas Tech and Oklahoma State will head to the Pacific-12 from the Big 12 is inching toward reality, though the formation of the first so-called 16-team superconference in major college sports still has significant hurdles to overcome. According to an official from each conference, Pac-12 Commissioner Larry Scott met with the Texas president, William Powers, and Texas Athletic Director DeLoss Dodds in Los Angeles within the past few days and discussed details of Texas’ heading west.
