The Alabama softball team had a Southeastern Conference best five selections to the Capital One Academic All-District team, the College Sports Information Directors of America announced Friday. The 2012 Capital One Academic All-District Softball Teams, selected by CoSIDA, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom.
